Reservation policy

By making a reservation with our establishment, the customer acknowledges and accepts the terms of the following reservation policy:

  • Non-refundable deposit: To confirm the reservation, the customer must pay a non-refundable deposit of €25. This deposit guarantees the availability of the reserved services for the specified dates.

  • Cancellation: In the event of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit paid will not be refunded. Cancellation can be made by contacting us.

  • Modification of dates: Changes of dates are subject to the availability of our establishment. Any change of dates must be communicated to us at least 24 hours before the initially planned arrival date.

  • No show: In the event of no show, the deposit will not be refunded.

  • Payment of the balance: The remaining balance must be paid at the end of the service.

By accepting this reservation policy, the customer acknowledges the non-refundable nature of the deposit and undertakes to respect the conditions set out above.
