Reservation policy
By making a reservation with our establishment, the customer acknowledges and accepts the terms of the following reservation policy:
Non-refundable deposit: To confirm the reservation, the customer must pay a non-refundable deposit of €25. This deposit guarantees the availability of the reserved services for the specified dates.
Cancellation: In the event of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit paid will not be refunded. Cancellation can be made by contacting us.
Modification of dates: Changes of dates are subject to the availability of our establishment. Any change of dates must be communicated to us at least 24 hours before the initially planned arrival date.
No show: In the event of no show, the deposit will not be refunded.
Payment of the balance: The remaining balance must be paid at the end of the service.
By accepting this reservation policy, the customer acknowledges the non-refundable nature of the deposit and undertakes to respect the conditions set out above.
